*Please note – The Saunders Grade Trail will be closed for the entire 2018/2019 winter season due to significant damage caused by June 2018 flooding.*

It is critical that we respect the landowners who allow us to utilize their property, so please verify that the trail you intend to use is open at this time.

SW Quadrant

Trails are in very good condition and grooming is going well. Trail 9 is closed between the Town Road TT and the North Road.  Watch for signs on Trail 5 at the Beaver Brook crossing for rerouting around an ice issue.

SE Quadrant

All trails are scheduled to be groomed by the end of the day 3/6/2019. Trails are in good to very good condition.  Watch for logging operations on Trail 41N, Trail 541 and Trail 17S.

*Please note – The CN Railroad is warning snowmobilers to stay off railroad property in Solon Springs. There is a new trail to Solon Springs (Trail 27B).  Where the trail meets Business Highway 53, snowmobilers must use the road shoulders and not the railroad property to access the railroad crossing on Main Street.  Snowmobilers have and will continue to be ticketed for operating on the railroad’s property.*

NE Quadrant

Please watch for low hanging brush and limbs.

All trails are open and have been groomed since the weekend except the northern 15 miles of Trail 35 (Wild Rivers Trail), Trail 235 and Trail 635 which will be done by 3/7/2019. There is a lot of snow out there, so grooming is going a little slower. Please watch for narrow areas near road crossings because of the snow banks. Conditions of the trails are very good to excellent.
