Trail Conditions: Fair
Snow Cover: 2-5"
Date of Report: February 6, 2025
Area Report:
At 8:00 am it is 20 degrees out with cloudy skies and dropping temps throughout the day. We
had light snow overnight and the next chance of snow coming Saturday.
We are still down to one groomer, but have been grooming daily. We groomed 2W yesterday
afternoon, 8W/51 last night, and 8E early this morning. We will be grooming 15N this evening
and 15S early tomorrow morning.
Our trails are rideable and vary from fair to good condition with some poor spots along the
way. Any amount of snow will help preserve the trails. Our road and town routes are snow
covered and rideable.
If you are in the area this upcoming weekend, we are holding a “Trailside Brat Fry” at our
groomer shed on Saturday, 2/8 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. We will have trailside signs out
directing your way to our groomer shed which is adjacent to trail 15S upon entering Boulder
Junction from the south.

Boulder Junction is surrounded by 130 miles of local trails which connect with thousands of miles of trails running throughout northern Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The dedicated, hardworking Boulder Junction Snowmobile Club keeps area trails in fantastic condition throughout the season.
When there isn’t snow on the ground, vacationers come from across the Midwest to boat, paddle and swim the area’s 194 crystal clear lakes. The fishing for musky, walleye, bass and panfish is second to none. And Boulder Junction’s biking and hiking trail system is among the best in Wisconsin, offering both paved and unpaved trails. Simply put, Boulder Junction is the classic Northwoods vacation destination.
