We received 5″ of fluffy white gold over the weekend. The groomer drivers were out in full force putting the machines to work. The trails are in good to very good condition. The only thing holding back the overall rating is, the fact that there are some icy corners. The fresh snow helped tremendously to fill in the holes and uneven trail base. If you have the ability to take a mid-week ride, you will not be disappointed.
This is the time to get out and ride.
With the lack of a good trail base in the southern part of the state, the snowmobile traffic in the Northwoods has been huge. Please be safe out there and look out for fellow snowmobilers. Keep to the right side of the trail.
