Very Good to Excellent
Frozen Icy Base – With plenty SNOW
As you ride should you come across any issues pleased call Dan at 262.951.6519.

Well it is Sunday & finally above zero temps during the day.  30 below over night.  High of 6 today.

With the COLD there will be no SNOW melt.  The COLD will make the SNOW hard, crusty & fast/icy.  So please slow down.

If you ride during the cold snap be sure to tell someone where you are riding; don’t ride alone; fully charged phone; dress in layers; tell someone where you are headed; stop more often to warm up & drink warm drinks, refrain from drinking alcohol. Heated gloves, socks & vests or jackets under your snowmobile jacket would good too.  Last BE SURE YOUR SLED GAS TANK IS FULL to prevent frosting in the tank.

Last night Sno-Eagles groomers were out running the town trails.  Trail 10/13 heading south to 10E intersection just after the grade. North through town to Trail 3/17 to intersection with 10/13 by Wisconsin River Bridge & return.

Trail Updates

The Wisconsin River Bridge section of 10/13 is frozen & very rough. Do not go off the trail.           Not safe.

  •      Reminder that Trail 13S does not run all the way to Three Lakes as a portion was closed.  Club is working on a re route.
  • Eagle Lake was marked by businesses. Safety lights at entrance & exit from/to the lake trail have been installed.
  • Catfish Lake is NOT MARKED. Uncertain it will open as there are no businesses open on the lake this winter.  If you have not ridden the lake in the past DO NOT ATTEMPT at night. There are spots that can be thin or even open water.

Have been a few changes to the 2025-2026 Sno-Eagles map.  Right click on photo to enlarge

See ya on the trails now that it has warmed up!
