Well, Mother Nature has thrown us a curve ball. With the warmer temps and the evil sun out, it has done some damage to the trails. Road routes are pretty bare, but in the woods where the sun can’t hit as strong, the base is holding. We last groomed Saturday night into early Sunday morning. The trails were still doing good with a few bare spots. I checked one trail after I groomed it several hours later and it was set up like concrete.
There is snow in the forecast, the prediction is all over the place. Some say 1-3” with possible freezing rain to 5-7” of snow. Stay tuned for what happens. Keep doing your snow dances!
