Cross Country Cruisers Trail Report 2-28-19
We received a couple more inches of snow here in Cruiser country since Tuesday adding to a base that we haven’t seen here in quite a few years.
There is a few more inches in the forecast for Friday and the high temperatures in the twenty’s for the next couple days before dropping into the single digits by Sunday. This should make for some great riding for this weekend!
I am again not going into any detail for a particular trail today and say all of Cross Country Cruisers trails range from good to excellent! The Cruisers continue on their normal grooming schedule and are cleaning up intersections and clearing snow away from signs that may have become snow covered.
Please use some caution out there at the intersections that cross roads especially in town for the snow banks have become quite high and may be blocking some visibility! There may also still be some blowing and drifting on some trails.
We expect moderate traffic this weekend with some neighboring clubs holding fund raisers such as Boulder Junctions Cabin fever party. The scenery in the Northwood’s should be beautiful so get out and ride!
