Trails are OPEN
Late Season Riding
Fair – Poor

Already 27 degrees this morning & heading up to low 50’s.  If you are going to ride recommend early morning ride as by noon the temps will be in the mid 40’s working up to the 50’s.

Trails in town are really deteriorating it will be a struggle but once you get into the woods trails are better.  It’s Adventure Sledding right now so expect all conditions.

GTS (Groomer Tracking System) show Sno-Eagles were out grooming last night.  The entire system was groomed with the exception of Trail 10E.   If you ride 10E remember that riding ends at the turn around where Sno-Eagles connect to the Three Lakes – Brule River trails.  That section is in Forest county, which did not open.  About 8 miles out just past Mikes Gas Station is the 9 mile trail Forest Rd 2437 to get to Three Lakes TL5.  Forest road section is snow covered.  9 mile road did have snow on the edges yesterday.

The 11 Clubs of the Vilas County Snowmobile Alliance will be talking about what to do next. Come on back this afternoon to check for any updates.

Ride it while we got it!  The Fat Lady has not sung yet!
